REQUIRES:
Business degree or equivalent technical paint experience. Minimum 1 year’s proven track record in growing sales, ideally in refinish or related environment, with an aptitude towards consultative selling. Ability to operate and communicate effectively with all customers from senior management through to body shop technicians. Able to understand body shop profitability. Excellent communications skills – in writing, IT presentations, public speaking and one to one. Strong personal motivation, willingness to learn and adapt to different business priorities. Substantial travel.
