Required Minimum Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training. 

  • Experience in the following technologies:
    • .NET, VB.NET, C#.NET (3 – 5 years of experience)
    • JavaScript
    • HTML5
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Dynamic Data/MVC
    • XML
    • Web Services
    • Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
    • Android mobile application development (preferred)
    • Microsoft Power BI (optional)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • An understanding of basic concepts, terminology and practical application of current and emerging technologies.  
  • Experience in or a basic understanding of web design required, including ability to implement responsive designs for use on mobile devices.
  • Strong analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of architectures, analytical and design techniques, database technologies, and programming languages.
  • Analytical abilities and technical skills to isolate problems, fix immediate needs, analyze all ramifications and implement complete solutions.
  • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts to audience in appropriate terms.
  • Ability to effectively participate in both collaborative environments and on an individual basis without close supervision.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
