Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record preferably in B2B/C ecommerce/omnichannel driving customer and business adoption and impact
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital business; preferably responsible for digital/ecommerce performance for a business or business unit
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Lean Startup methodologies
  • Exceptional data analytics skills
  • Ability to lead high performing, cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and in taking people along so that they are excited about the ability to create impact through the use of new emerging digital technologies
