Requirements for the role:
- Degree qualified
- Some 10 year experience in Quality (related) roles, preferably in a regulated / technical industry
- Preferably has knowledge of coatings and/or sealants technologies
- Fluent in English, knowledge of another European language is an advantage
- Has extensive knowledge and experience with operational excellence concepts and tools such as lean six sigma. Formal training in these concepts preferred.
- Has knowledge of major OEM specifications and way of working
- Mus have experience in total quality systems such as EN9100 or ISO 9001 or TS 16949.
- Must have the proven ability to influence and provide global leadership in multi-site environment
- Strong process focused thinking, an open mindset,
- Be able to drive change and influence in a complex environment
- Work effectively with ambiguity
- Can create a vision and clarity about the future of a sustainable Quality Management system across multiple sites
- Keep Strategic thinking while managing many details
- Be strong in work relationships through trust and respect and team working.
- Must have problem solving skills; knowledge of DOE principles.
