AP Senior Category Sourcing-Leasing

This position requires the following:

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Property/Vehicles Leasing
- Experiences with e-Auction is a Preferable
- 5 years or above experiences in APAC,
- Organizationally savvy and able to influence and balance priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Proactively seeks relationships.
- Hands-on and results-orientated. Embraces all aspects of getting the job done.
- Able to act autonomously and with resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Engages within country and willing to travel 25-50% of the time.
- Self-starters and very good communication skills
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills.
- Strategic Sourcing, Opportunity Analyses, and Contract Negotiations a must
- Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese languages (Reading and writing)
- Structured and able to manage change projects through cross-functional teams
- Business acumen and ability to manage commercial relationships and negotiations.
