Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales; prior sales experience is required as this is a leadership role converting specification opportunities to revenue.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interior Design Degree and/or equivalent experience to influence Architectural Specifications
  • Communication skills must embody customer centric communication in person, virtual and verbal.
  • The success of this position will rely on self-driven initiative, navigating ambiguity, and an independent personality.
  • Strong presentation skills and competency in front of various audiences is a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and web based applications (Construct Connect, BSD, AVITRU, BIM/REVIT)
  • Excellent organizational and project management/tracking skills
  • Preference is given to subject matter experts in AIA MasterFormat and CSI/CDC Three Part Format, IIDA or ASID.
  • A member of industry associations are expected; candidates with current architect and interior design contacts will be given additional preference.
  • Must understand the relationship between Owner/Architect-Designer/General Contractor/Painter.
