Sales Representative - Experienced M/F

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing a customer portfolio (B2B), the main objectives being both increasing turnover and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and retaining a portfolio of customers, mainly composed of painters and SME’s. Within this you will define their needs, respond to enquiries and manage any potential litigations.
  • Prospecting new customers within your given geographical remit.
  • Ensuring a complete product offer to your customer, providing advice on a technical level whilst also highlighting current sales promotions and innovations.
  • Providing regular reporting activity to your Manager.


  • A Sales or Technical Degree is an advantage
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with a successful sales track record, ideally acquired in Business to Business. Knowledge of specialized distribution on materials market, paintings or coatings would also be advantageous.
  • You will be focused and results orientated, with the ability to proiritise demonstrating excellent time management.
  • Communication, relationship management and negotiation skills are critical, with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and fluent French are key requirements.
