Qualifications

High School diploma is required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree completed or in-progress preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experienced in record keeping practices; Oracle and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
Analytical skills, technical writing skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate well across functions and cultures, customers and other third-party partners.
Experience with spraying test panels, quality testing, spectrometers and color matching systems.
Must be willing and physically able to wear a respirator for prolong period of time while working if needed.
