Business Analyst

·         Understanding of Marketing processes on C/4 HANA (Marketing) Suite such as Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Customer profiling.

·         Understanding of C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Configuration settings.

·         Understanding of Change Project, Scoping Activities for Sales and Service Processes

·         Understanding of Workflows, Escalation Rules, Surveys, Reporting, Analysis etc.

·         Experience with SAP CRM On-Premise or C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) suite  

·         Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
