Bachelor degree or above from reputable university.
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Marketing, Business, Corporate services or technical buying,
- Experiences with e-Auction is a Preferable,
Organizationally savvy and able to influence and balance priorities.

Hands-on and results-orientated. Embraces all aspects of getting the job done.
Able to act autonomously and with resilience in a dynamic environment.
Engages within country and willing to travel 25-50% of the time.

Strategic Sourcing, Opportunity Analyses, and Contract Negotiations a must
Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese languages (Reading and writing)
Structured and able to manage change projects through cross-functional teams
Business acumen and ability to manage commercial relationships and negotiations.
