Experience and Education:
B.S. Degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field of study is required. Previous academic or industrial experience in a laboratory, or previous industrial experience in product development are highly desirable.
Functional and Technical Skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to visit regional, and external sites as needed (less than 20% travel anticipated).
- Successful application of Sigma Logic tools.
- Excellent experimental skills, and chemistry/materials knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
