Experience and Education
B.S. Degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymer Science, Coatings Science, Material Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering is required. Previous Industrial experience (2–5 years) in organic synthesis, polymers, materials or coatings-related product development is highly desirable.
Functional and Technical Skills
• Strong chemistry, polymer, and materials knowledge. An understanding of chemical and polymer manufacturing is desirable.
• Excellent experimental skills, with polymer synthesis experience a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good written and oral communication skills
