REQUIRES:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience color matching in paint technologies (Refinish a plus).
- Must demonstrate ability to see color properties and develop efficient/logical methodology to adjust formulations to achieve color match.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, customer-driven lab environment with shifting priorities and workloads.
- Incumbent must be able to multi-task, work unsupervised, and be self-motivated.
- May be required to supervise production color lab activities and personnel.
