Qualifications:

  • Product knowledge of architectural coatings, adhesives, sealants, and wood care products required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • MPI, SSPC, or NACE certifications preferred.
  • Product Knowledge and Product Training Experience
  • 2 plus years of experience in sales & support.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging market trends.
  • Extensive analytical abilities and skills to evaluate and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Ability to lead, participate in teams, and work in a matrix organization with strong influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express the complexity of technical concepts in audience-appropriate terms.
