Compliance Specialist, Investigations and Data Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• A minimum of 5 years' of experience in law, law enforcement, risk management, internal audit, data science or compliance
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to conduct professional presentations to a diverse audience at all levels of the organization
• Excellent ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to harness and integrate available data for continuous process improvement involving the compliance and investigations process
• Proficient programming ability with databases for data analysis and exception reporting
• Specialist in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Power BI is preferred
• Must maintain the highest level of personal integrity and confidentiality
