Coordinador de Equipos

Como Coordinador de equipos deberá coordinar el programa de equipos de alto desempeño, que permita el desarrollo del nivel de madurez de los asociados y equipos de trabajo, a través del uso de herramientas de excelencia operativa, asi como  coordinar el programa para la certificación de personal en puestos críticos para el logro de los resultados

Responsabilidades:

• Coordinar el programa de equipos de manufactura esbelta para incrementar el nivel de madurez alineado a los sitemas de mejora continua.
• Coordina el proceso de certificación de personal que ocupan puestos críticos que impacta en la seguridad, calidad del producto y el cumplimiento al nivel de servicio.
• Apegarse al presupuesto asignado con el fin de asegurar su uso en los recursos necesarios del área.

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en Psicología, Pedagogía, Administración o  Ingeniería Industrial o a fin 
• Experiencia dos años manejo de equipos y procesos de certificación
• Inglés intermedio
