Finance and Accounting 
  • Responsible to ensure financial and accounting processes are in accordance of PPG Policy and Procedure
  • Ensure correct accounting for all transactions booked in the location’s books
  • Ensure monthly and yearly closing activities timely and accurately submitted
  • Perform account reconciliation review on periodic basis, to in-line with corporate guidelines
  • Ensure Statutory Audit Report is issued on timely basis.
  • Manage working capital and optimize cash flow
  • Manager reporting in SAP and Oracle
  • Ensure tax report and payment for Tax Art. 21, Art. 23, Art. 26, Art. Final Ps 4 (2) are accurately made and submit on timely basis
  • Ensure monthly and yearly tax submission are filed on timely basis and in accordance to tax regulation
  • Ensure business process is in line with Indonesia Tax Authority regulation
  • Liaise with Tax Authorities and external auditor, and facilitate in tax audit process
Budget and rolling forecast
  • Lead the country’s annual budgetary process, including coordination with SBU Business head, SBU Regional finance, Operation departments
  • Liaise with Regional SEA on budget roll up
  • Manage rolling forecast and ensure the estimate is submitted with clear basis by working with Business Heads
  • Perform variance analysis and provide commentary to support the variance
  • Cash flow forecasting, to ensure the cash is optimize
Internal Controls 
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory, rules, local and US GAAP, and Internal Control System Procedure (ICSP) 
  • Lead in reviewing the ICSP submission, by working with all departments
  • Leading annual inventory count process and ensure inventory are recorded correctly
Fixed Asset
  • Ensure the FA is safeguard, with proper tagging and recording
  • Coordinate and prepare ACT for any Capex investment
  • Perform FA count
Development of finance team
  • Assist in goals setting for Finance Staff 
  • Provide development goal 
  • Build succession plan
Business support
  • Support business on growth initiatives,  providing meaningful analysis, including margin and cost analysis
  • Ensure product costing are correctly reflected, seeking opportunity on manufacturing cost out initiatives for product costing reduction
  • Support finance initiatives


  •  Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • More than 10 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With relevant manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge in SAP and Oracle
  • The position requires knowledge of accounting requirements and general accounting procedures
  • Work independent with minimize supervision
  • Capable to communicate at all levels
  • Knowledge/experience of accounting for MNC companies preferred
  • Integrity – Can be trusted to make decisions for the “right” reasons and stick with those decisions when challenged
  • Customer Focused – Should be concentrated on the goal of satisfying internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Detail Oriented – Must be able to understand the need for accuracy of information and to take appropriate action to ensure sufficient details are provided
