The SAP C/4 HANA (SAP Hybris) CRM Senior Functional Analyst will be working as part of the IT Digital Center of Excellence - Customer Engagement team and will be responsible for one or more of the modules in the CRM suite (Sales, Service or Marketing). The Functional Analyst will be a part of a newly established and growing team that is responsible for implementing our Digital roadmap. A Functional Analyst joining the organization at this stage will have the ground level opportunity to be part of the SAP C/4 HANA (SAP Hybris) CRM implementations within PPG.
 

Key responsibilities:
  • Participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on the C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite.
  • Design and implementation of business processes for After-sales, Customer Experience and Marketing functions (such as Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Customer Profiling etc.) and including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and direction to other functional analysts in regards to long term application strategy.
  • Help prepare and lead training sessions for key users.
  • The Senior Functional Analyst is expected to maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite, by staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements.
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • The Senior Functional Analyst will quickly contribute to PPG by achieving the following objectives in their first 12 months:
  • Help in identifying and interviewing resources for the SAP C4/Hana Functional Analyst roles.
  • Collecting the requirements of the business user, analyzing them with respect to C/4 HANA Marketing systems, configuring, developing & testing according to finalized business requirements and rollouts to different departments
  • Comprehend C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite functionality and default configurations. A key objective for this position is to gain a solid understanding of C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) configurations.
  • Evaluation and support regular on C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite releases. Functional Analyst will support new releases (typically 4 every year) and will evaluate it for potential enhancements for her/his supported implementations.
  • Enabling Email, Chat and Social media channel like Twitter, Facebook etc. with SAP C/4 HANA.
  • Provide support to C/4 HANA Sales, Service and Marketing, SAP CRM & ECC and change management
 

Required Experience

  • 2 + years of experience configuring the sales module within SAP CRM On-Premise or C/4 HANA. Service & Marketing Module experience would also be very helpful.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.

  • Understanding of Change Project, Scoping Activities for Sales and Service Processes.

  • Understanding of Workflows, Escalation Rules, Surveys, Reporting, Analysis etc.

 

Advantage

  • Trainings on SAP CRM or C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite

  • Experience with gathering business requirements.

  • Working with teams of analysts for SAP C/4 Hana and/or other Cloud based solutions.

  • Understanding of Marketing processes on C/4 HANA (Marketing) Suite such as Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Customer profiling.

  • Understanding of C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Configuration settings.

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Strong team work skills.  

  • Strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development.
