Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, business, or a related field is required.
- Experience and knowledge of Demand Planning techniques are critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within a planning environment strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management environment is desirable.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively without close supervision.
- Must have strong math and analytical skills to identify and interpret data trends in market segment, product mix, customer and geographic sales and ordering demand history streams to support business analysis and to plan future sales and order demand with greater accuracy.
- Other critical skills candidates must possess include: Self-motivation, critical thinking, excellent communication abilities, and pro-active problem solving skills
