Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Background : Bac + 5 or equivalent (high school + 5 years) (chemistry/paint)
- Experience in product & project development management.
- Experience in paint, plastic, cosmetic & sealant formulation development
- Good knowledge in paint & polymer chemistry is a plus.
· Fluent in English is mandatory
The incumbent should have the ability to work with different cultures and functions (manufacturing, labs, EH&S, etc
