Education & Experience Necessary

  • High school education or GED.
  • Math skills are a must. College sciences are desirable.
  • The Development Technician must have the ability to maintain good detailed records and verbalize detailed information accurately.
  • Individuals with quality control lab experience is a plus.

Functional/Technical Expertise Necessary
  • Individual contributor who may coordinate technical activities of other team members.
  • The Development Technician must be observant, accurate, detailed oriented, able to follow specific directions and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Additional tasks would include able to lift 25 lbs., basic math skills, computer skills that involve Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Be able to utilize laboratory test equipment: scales, pH meter, viscometers.
  • Practical laboratory knowledge and/or experience.
  • Data collection and input of test results experience.
  • Ability to work with others ranging from technicians, production associates, other department personnel and managers.
