As an EXPANSION SPECIALIST, you will carry out the step-by-step opening at store
Qualifications
- 2 + years of experience in real state or store expansion
- Analysis and evaluation of sociodemographic variables
- University graduate
- Intermediate English
Key Responsibilities
- Search and negotiate the sale or lease for real estate (approx. . 70% field work)
- lead the negotiation strategy when opening stores for internal customers
- Financial analysis and market research to forecast sales according to location.
