The Functional Coordinator will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers when they arrive at our facility. They will assist with the customers visit and help with their approval process of coming onsite.  The Functional Coordinator will also process credit card payments, facilitate invoices, and handle the mailing.  This position will assist in facility events and meetings, providing all items needed. They will also do some customer quoting through customer service, scanning, filing and limited ordering along with other assigned duties as well.



High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.  Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Must be able to operate a personal computer and perform accurate data entry operations.  Computer proficiency with business software including Microsoft Office.  Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are required in dealings with external customers.  Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
