Requires:
- BS/BA in a technical or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in industry, with demonstrated success is a requirement to be successful in this role. Specifically, experience continuous improvement principles.
- Data driven individual to insure projects deliver required results.
- Fluent in DMAIC/DFLSS and Kaizen project execution.
- Fluent in new product/process introduction work processes.
Success Factors/Functional Competencies:
- Successful candidate should be comfortable working in a matrix organization and getting results through sound decision making and good judgement.
- Proven track record of managing projects and driving change using data analytics.
- Proven self-motivated driver to bring initiatives to closure.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills and comfortable giving presentations.
- Candidate should have a strong bent for action and an ability to create and implement action plans to drive performance improvement.
- Candidate must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and managing complexity.
- Candidate will need to work collaboratively with all business units and corporate functions.
- Candidate will must have flexibility to for international travel- up to 25% (Europe, Asia and Americas).
