Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.  Master’s degree a plus.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience required prefer 8+. 
  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst working as a data professional with experience in Data Governance and Data Management leading practices, process design and implementation preferred.
 
Preferred Requirements:
 
  • Knowledge of data, products and processes preferred.  Basic knowledge of data domains and asset alignments required.
  • Experience in the strategic use of data in managing and growing a business
  • Strong understanding of how Data Governance affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
  • Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable, involving broad based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change
  • Demonstrated business and IT skills including change management/strategy, business process design, and communication at multiple levels, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Strong business knowledge and ability to express complex data concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Experienced in project management and execution of enterprise projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; a demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects and complex technical plans
  • Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments
