Bachelor’s Degree in science or an EHS discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in Technical or Product Stewardship/EHS field.
Previous supervisory experience is required to lead the team of 5-10 direct reports.
Broad understanding of compliance and EHS principles to the operation of business.
The ability to be recognized, internally and externally, for regulatory compliance expertise, especially related to chemical inventory compliance.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various cross-functional audiences.
The ability to influence Business Leaders, Department Heads, Managers and Directors to deliver results, working effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
Good leadership, organizational and communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to implement creative and efficient solutions across the corporation.
Ability to travel both domestic and globally up to 30%.
Monroeville, PA is preferred work location, but qualified candidate may be based from any major PPG location.
