Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years' experience in global HR and payroll in a complex global enterprise, with 10+ years' experience supervising global teams
  • Expertise in payroll technology and experience working with payroll vendors & platform technologies
  • Proven success leading a payroll function transformation to maximize automation, scalability and cost effectiveness required;
  • Experience leading time and attendance programs, setting up payroll requirements for new tax entities, and M&A activities.
  • Strong leadership skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in project management and/or a lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Advanced fluency in English is required, both oral and written.
