REQUIRES:
• Education: Bachelor or above majoring in chemical;
• Working experience: 5-10 years relevant to purchasing, sourcing or coating technical;
• Strong business acumen
• English fluency;
• Ability to be agile in change management and transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and negotiate with people at all levels, from all disciplines, both internally and externally. Strong influencer. Ability to manage conflict.
• Excellent PC skills including purchasing and financial applications, use of databases and Internet.
• The ability to undertake business analysis and drive change.
• Others: Work proactively & independently and competent in trouble shooting
