Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or disciplines related to Information Technology
  • We prefer 3.0 and above as a GPA
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Willingness to learn PPG’s IT environment
  • Ability to succeed in the Service Desk role while engaging interest to develop into other roles
