Qualifications:

  • Position requires minimum 10 years combined experience in sales/marketing team management, preferably but not essentially surface coatings industry
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels within the customer organization, from line operative to Director level and build customer relationship
  • Solid business & commercial acumen
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills, capable of driving change internally and externally
  • Proficient technical knowledge
  • Ability to work with a large degree of autonomy, capable of mobilizing actions and people across the organization
  • Ability to lead and successfully work with staff of different cultures and education
  • Fluency in English
