Requires:
- BS/BA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
- APICS certification is highly desirable but can be attained while in this role.
- This position requires a broad and deep understanding of supply chain systems and processes along with 15 or more years’ of experience in various supply chain planning and execution positions (in a plant, scheduler, planner, etc.).
- Prior experience with ERP implementations and process design is a requirement.
Success Factors/Functional Competencies:
- This position requires a strong bent for action and decision making with sound judgement and logic.
- This position must be able to influence others without positional authority to deliver best in class for ONE PPG.
- Proven track record of managing projects and driving change using good project management and/or lean six sigma methodologies to deliver ideal states, improved processes, and sound ERP solutions.
- Candidate must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and managing complexity.
- Candidate will need to work collaboratively with all regions and corporate functions.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills and comfortable giving presentations.
