- Minimum 7 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of SAP O2C modules/functions (Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules) as well as general SAP ECC knowledge
- Played a Senior Consultant role in numerous ECC implementations in O2C domain
- Proven understanding of business processes within the Customer Service and/or Logistics area
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
