- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical IT role (preferably Windows Server Management)
- Experience in managing small/medium size IT projects in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT field
- Good understanding of IT Systems security principles
- Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly resolve technical problems, evaluates alternative approaches, and recommends the most feasible solutions
- Knowledge in scripting, especially Power Shell scripting
- Ability to work in a busy production environment with good priority management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Previous experience with the following systems is a plus: MS Active Directory / SAP / Oracle / SailPoint
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus
