REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education in a relevant field or work experience  
  • Three to five (3-5) years of professional HR experience
  • Experience working with web-based content management such as with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Portal
  • Excellent communication skills to develop, edit and proofread content
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving & good critical thinking skills - enjoys challenges and has an "analytical mind"
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities and ability to develop and execute ideas to fruition
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to apply business acumen in relevant ways to the organization
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to enact the necessary change for success
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to think critically and consider the end user’s point of view
  • Fluent English language skills required
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
