REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education in a relevant field or work experience
- Three to five (3-5) years of professional HR experience
- Experience working with web-based content management such as with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Portal
- Excellent communication skills to develop, edit and proofread content
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving & good critical thinking skills - enjoys challenges and has an "analytical mind"
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities and ability to develop and execute ideas to fruition
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to apply business acumen in relevant ways to the organization
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to enact the necessary change for success
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and consider the end user’s point of view
- Fluent English language skills required
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
