Has expertise and work experience (10 years+) in the following areas: Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Leadership Development.
Ability to successfully navigate in a global matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity.
Demonstrates ability to quickly understand business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics.
Executive presence and proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership.
Strong consultancy skills and a proven foundation in modern talent trends, talent market insights, and key research firms driving talent practices.
Proven program management and project management skills.
Mobility – may require up to 30% travel.
English fluent, knowledge of additional Asia Pacific languages will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
