  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering or related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques
  • Trained as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience with Minitab Statistical Software and/or Quality Companion Project Management tools
  • Solid knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Principles, including but not limited to
    • Project and Change Management Techniques
    • Project Charters
    • Process and Value Stream Mapping
    • Data Analysis techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Hypothesis Testing and Design of Experiments
    • Process Flow Analysis such as calculating Takt Time and Cycle Time, Line Balancing, and Little’s Law
    • Lean Foundations such as 5S, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, and Kanban
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs, including electronic training, is a plus. 
  • Domestic and International travel are required.   Expect 35-50% of time traveling.
  • Position requires fluent English as a minimum.

  • Ability to develop clear action plans that address detailed needed to achieve training deployment, including prioritizing tasks and allotting time appropriately. 
  • Learns continuously, including staying current on topics related to Lean and Six Sigma and engages in cross-functional development. 
  • Works closely with all members of the Quality team
