- A Bachelor’s degree in Business (or Management), Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required; MBA highly desired
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Management best practices, process design and implementation.
- Knowledge of the assigned business and Data Domain area's data, products and processes
- Greater than 2 years of experience in personnel or project supervision
- Experience in the strategic use of data in managing and growing a business
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable
- Strong business knowledge and ability to express complex data concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management. Knowledge and experience in developing strategic business plans.
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel or project supervision
- Experienced in project management, execution of enterprise projects and managing financial resources to meet goals.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills; a demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects and complex technical plans
- Knowledge of company-wide businesses, regions, and products.
- Experience in vendor negotiations is a plus.
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
