Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry is required and advanced degree, as MBA, desired.
  • 5 years in Resin Operations, Chemistry or equal Technical experience preferred.
  • 5 years of Supervision and demonstrated ability to manage process and people preferred.
  • Electrocoat blending experience is advantage in the role.

Functional Skills:

  • Trust and Respect through managing safe, quality operation
  • Manage people and process to ensure costs, productivity and engagement
  • Manage to defined expectations collaboratively, Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate openness, initiative and process improvement mindset for Refinish, Auto and Resin businesses
