Candidate Profile
Candidates must have at least ten years of commercial experience developing and executing strategic plans in B2B environments and a demonstrated track record of creating profitable growth for various businesses and products. These individuals will likely come from a multi-national company within either automotive, chemicals, or materials industries. Candidates will have extensive experience developing and executing strategic plans with a key focus on product differentiation and the value proposition. Ideally, the candidates will have experience launching strategic plans on a global basis. Individuals will possess excellent business acumen and have world-class skills in market strategy development, segmentation, analysis, pricing, and finance. In addition to strong vision, creativity, and customer focus, candidates will be self-starters who are capable of collaborating and operating successfully within a matrixed structure. Candidates will possess excellent team-building skills, organizational abilities, critical thinking skills, and communication skills. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to conceive and articulate strategies in a way that compels other leaders to join in support. A Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, business, or marketing is required and a MBA is preferred. Above all, we seek proven change agents with well-developed strategic skills and the personal characteristics to lead value creation for each of the businesses through more rigorous and disciplined growth oriented programs. Candidates must also have the career ambitions and traits for further career advancement.

Requires:
A college degree or equivalent in a relevant experience. In addition the incumbent must have a minimum 8 or more years of field sales experience. Demonstrated leadership capability with strong resource management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Expected travel 50-70%.
