On Site Service Manager Lamborghini


Job function

 

  • Responsible for fulfilling the requirements of  the Service contract with Lamborghini (paintmix operations, quality control, process engineering, logistics)
  • To be the PPG point of contact for the customer on the Sant’Agata Bolognese site
  • Lead and manage the PPG onsite team in order ensure shifts coverage to fulfill the contract services 
  • Ensure compliance to EHS requirements and PPG ethic policies
  • Attend customer meetings and prepare internal and external reports
  • Manage contacts and relationship with external logistic supplier (Farosped)
  • Ensure availability of tools, instruments and equipment needed to perform the services (eg. Personal protection equipment, lab instruments, forklift, IT tools, etc. etc….)
  • Cost control in order to ensure budget respect
  • Assure the established level of customer‘s satisfaction (Quality index, delivery time and technical support) and propose innovations to cut costs and/or increasing Quality & Service. 
  • Implement relationship with customer according to the PPG policy and ethic and promoting the PPG management style.
  • Ensure development of team members by arranging required trainings

Requires

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian languages both spoken and written;
  • Leadership and ability to manage and motivate a team;
  • Analysis and synthesis skills, able to quickly understand what  the customer’s real needs are;
  • Politeness, well-speaking, good standing and manner skills;
  • Availability and flexibility, Adaptability to different types of situations;
  • Understand  both customer environment and own internal structure, procedures and people;
  • Capacity to delegate, communicate, coordinate activities, manage specific action plan / prioritizing, and organize resources achieving best results in terms of efficiency;
  • Able to work in a team
