Paralegal, Corporate Governance
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent education or experience
A minimum of five years’ paralegal experience or related corporate experience
Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Knowledge of state corporate law is highly preferred
An understanding of the SEC’s Section 16 rules with prior SEC document preparation experience is desirable
Ability to work in and maintain a highly confidential work environment
Detail oriented and thorough, able to prioritize assignments, work independently and efficiently, handle several ongoing tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
Ability to exercise independent judgment and to act accordingly
Excellent skills in oral and written communication, data entry and file management, organization, grammar and spelling
Must possess the ability to work well with senior executives as well as colleagues
