Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or related field preferred, plus 1+ years' related experience in Customer Service, Material Procurement or Operations Planning, or 5+ years’ experience in the same or similar role.
- APICS Certification desired.
The Ideal candidate will possess:
- Good understanding of the functions within the Customer Planning department, including customer service forecasting, production planning, purchasing, logistics and inventory management techniques.
- Business knowledge of how other departments operate that frequently interact with Customer Planning (Sales, Technical, Production, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Purchasing and the Field)
- Oracle or SAP experience preferred, such as Oracle Order Servicing, Oracle Production Planning, Oracle Purchasing, Inventory Management, BI, or OTM.
- User knowledge of Oracle BI and/ or Microsoft Office applications to support their daily work responsibilities and to help improve the productivity and the Customer Planning team’s ability to solve supply chain problems.
- Data analytics capability is highly desired.
