Product Development Chemist, Lead- Industrial Coatings

MS or BS degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of demonstrated track record of developing solvent based coatings (for metal and non-metal application) and their commercialization.
Experience with experimental design (DOE) and complex problem solving are required. The candidate should have very good cross-cultural communication skills, a good understanding of resin synthesis and a strong desire to work in a dynamic global environment.
Travel will be <10%.
