Required Qualifications:
  • Required minimum education is a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field of study. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in formulating coatings is required, architectural coatings preferred. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Successful candidates will have a good knowledge of latex, solvent, and/or reactive chemistry formulating practices. 
  • Familiarity with lab- and production-scale processing equipment is crucial for success.
  • Candidates must have a good attention to detail, good organizational, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to be efficient, show initiative, and effectively drive projects to a successful conclusion.
