Key Responsibilities in this role:


Under the supervision of the A&S Operations Director EMEA  and LSS Manager EMEA both in France, the Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) and Projects Manager will be responsible for all typical aspects of continuous improvements and projects management within a multinational such deployment of LSS and Toyota Production System (TPS) tools, coordinate organizational change. The Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) and Projects Manager will further ensure that the site is prepared and supported to cope with market evolution and make it more competitive through continuous improvement.


 


The Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) and Projects Manager will serve as a strong LSS for his/her areas of responsibility and work closely with the LSS EMEA Team and other areas of the Company such as R&D, Sales, and Finance.


The Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) and Projects Manager will have opportunities punctually to replace the site manager or some workshop managers.


 


To be successful in this role you will have:


The Lean Six-Sigma (LSS) and Projects Manager must have a good knowledge of Continuous improvement methods and tools such as LSS, TPS, problems solving and project management. The candidate must display initiative, work autonomously as well as communicate regularly and clearly with a wide range of colleagues and managers locally and globally.


The candidate should have an engineer degree, 3 plus years of LSS experience in industrial environment, strong interpersonal skills and good PC skills. The candidate should be proactive by nature, curious and willing to get an in-depth understanding of the operations (manufacturing & supply chain) and to find practical solutions to multi-causal problems.


The candidate should be able to work effectively across multiple functions and should have a proven track record of managing continuous improvements projects and delivering outstanding results for their organization.


The candidate should be able to effectively communicate in business English both verbally and in writing, in addition to the French language.
