Requires:
Technical knowledge:
· Good chemical background, formulations, operation process, lab equipment, physical and chemical knowledge, preferably an engineering degree.
· Quality principles, Problem Solving techniques, Training methods, statistics.
· Education as an approved Quality Manager and internal Auditor.
· Knowledge of Lean and Sigma principles, preferably LSA Catalyst
Interaction skills:
· Teamwork, Management skills, English language
