Requires:
· BS/BA in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
· APICS certification is highly desirable but can be attained while in this role.
· An understanding of supply chain systems along with 5 or more years’ experience with demand process is highly desired.
Success Factors/Functional Competencies:
· A proven leader that can assess team skills, create development plans and improve organization knowledge and behaviors are crucial. The team is sitting in many different locations, and therefore, the capability to lead by distance is important.
· Ability to clear communicate with peers, develop action plans based in root cause analysis and lead and develop high performance teams is key.
· Proven self-motivated driver to bring initiatives to closure.
· A strong bent for action and an ability to create and implement action plans to drive performance improvement.
· A high proficiency for advanced analytics and statistical evaluation.
· Candidate must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and managing complexity.
· Candidate will need to work collaboratively with all business units and corporate functions.
