Minimum 8 years combination of General Sales and Sales Management experience (ideally including major account and or influencer sales).
Experience in sales related ‘knowledge management’ programs and contract management.
Thorough understanding of secondary distribution channels. Ideally, knowledge and understanding of Refinish marketplace.
- Degree level education preferred.
Excellent PC skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to think conceptually.
Strong change orientation combined with ability to see ideas through to action.
Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment requiring strong team working and leadership ability.
40-50% travel across Central Canada
