- A Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science or Physics or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with a record of successful innovation and commercialization of new products in membrane applications, sol-gel chemistry, or other relevant experience with material processing.
- Experience in designing and commercializing inorganic fillers would be helpful.
- The ability to work and document a project from screening through the commercialization pipeline is essential.
- A high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and presentation skills is very important.
- Must have the ability to lead and work with minimal direction.
- Creative problem solving and the ability to rapidly introduce change and promote new ways of doing things are essential.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders that includes Research and Development, Sales & Marketing, Business Leaders and Customers is very important.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of internet is important.
