Qualifications
- Confirmed solid work experience of 5 years on a similar position. Experience in piloting CSE and negotiating with Professional Organizations is required.
- Respectful and excellent communicator, you enjoy working as a team, demonstrating autonomy, curiosity, analysis and discernment in your HR diagnoses.
- Recognized for your charism and abilities to exchange and build balanced working relationships internally and externally.
- Stress management, on site work, your ability to efficiently seek HR issues and to evolve within both industrial sectors are key success factors to perform in this position!
- Proficient in French and English and familiar with IT tools.
